Making a Purchase
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.
Debit/credit card payment can be taken over the phone (UK Only) or alternatively by BACS payment (We will email our bank details after your order is placed)
All prices quoted are exclusive of V.A.T. where applicable. VAT will be added at Checkout.
Delivery charge £6.95 +VAT (Mainland UK Only)
Minimum order value £50 net VAT

We will email shipping costs & payment details after your order is placed.
Payment can be made via PayPal (UK Off Shore, Scottish Highlands & Europe) or Bank Transfer (UK Off Shore & Scottish Highlands, Europe & International).
There is a surcharge of £12 for Bank Transfer payments on all orders placed outside the UK.
Please note payment via PayPal within the UK includes a 2% surcharge.
Please Note: UK Off Shore includes Northern Ireland & Counties, Isle of White, Channel Islands, Western Isles, Shetland Islands, Orkney Islands & Argyll and Bute.
Scottish Highlands includes Highlands, Perth & Kinross.
When creating a new account if you live in one of the above areas please select Scottish Highlands or UK Off Shore for your Country.
When confirmation of order is received, this indicates that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.
